Our Trainers

Greg Spencer

Greg has been training for over 20 years and has a wide following in the Area. He is experienced in helping individuals develop new goals and fine tune their existing routines. His clients range from kids age 14 to seniors age 80! His speciality is training athletes. He helps them develop strength and endurance necessary to reach peak performance and also guides them on overall sports health. His “work hard/work smart” philosophy is very popular and extremely effective.

Forrest Brown

Forrest has a unique training style with dynamic full body workouts that focus on developing abdominal and core strength. For example, instead of doing traditional bench presses, he incorporates a stability ball and dumbbells. “Getting the core muscles to fire correctly adds functional stability to every motion you do in your day-to-day life”. He incorporates fitness bands, free weights, balance boards, medicine balls, martial arts and boxing techniques, plyometric drills and anything else that will engage his clients to have fun and achieve their goals.

 Starr Jones

With a certification from National Association of Sports Medicine and over 15 years training on the gym floor, Starr specializes in functional training, prenatal and all around body fitness. “I believe that everyone has a starting point with endless possibilities. My job is to take them through a personal journey and show them what they are capable of- physically and mentally.”

Eric Turner

Eric has a degree in Kinesiology (Study of Human Movement) and a minor in Nutrition and a certification from National Association of Sports Medicine. He has been involved in athletics his entire life and has competed in basketball and track. He follows NASM’s Optimum Performance Training Model and will design a program to help each client achieve their specific goals. “I believe that not only does fitness have an effect on one’s appearance but more so on one’s self esteem.”
