Group Exercise Classes

The goal of our group exercise program is to provide you with instructions and a safe, effective, fun workout! We offer variety of classes that focus on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and conditioning, flexibility and mind-body awareness. Many of our classes are specific to beginners, intermediate and advanced exercisers. Zumba

This class is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting fitness system. No dance experience necessary to enjoy and benefit.

Spin Classes

Work up a good sweat with this indoor cycling program. It’s a great activity for all skill and fitness levels. Beginning & advanced cyclists can ride side by side in a non-competitive environment. You will have a great workout at your own pace while being coached by certified Spinning instructors. Please see Spin Class Schedule to select the times that suite your needs.Racquetball

We are the only club in and around Foster City with racquetball courts. Same day and next day reservations are generally available. Members may reserve one of our two (2) courts by calling or stopping by the front desk.

Full Court Basketball

Open full-court basketball is available all day. You can pick up a friendly game and enjoy shooting hoops. Balls are available at the front desk.

Boxing / Heavy Bag

Want to throw some punches while enjoying fresh air? Our heavy bag and speed bag are available for your use on the upstairs deck. If you are new to the equipment, get some tips from a personal trainer before you start. Bring your own gloves or borrow a pair.
